Job Description:
We are looking for a Technical Presentation & Visual Solutions Designer who can transform complex technical concepts into compelling, client-ready visuals. This role sits at the intersection of design, consulting, and technology, supporting leadership and delivery teams with high-impact presentations, architecture diagrams, and proposal visuals.
Responsibilities
- Convert rough ideas and technical inputs into polished client decks, case studies, and executive presentations.
- Design clean, consistent architecture diagrams across platforms such as Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, ADF/Matillion, ServiceNow, and CRM systems.
- Create visual assets for SOWs and delivery plans, including scope maps, WBS, Gantt charts, RACI matrices, RAID logs, support models, and roadmaps.
- Build and maintain a scalable slide system with standardized masters, components, iconography, and color tokens.
- Define and enforce a diagram style guide covering connectors, shapes, color usage, and labeling conventions.
- Partner closely with COO, CTO, and technical leads to deliver fast, high-quality iterations under tight timelines.
Skills Required:
- 3–7 years of experience designing presentations and technical diagrams in IT/consulting environments.
- Expert in PowerPoint with strong proficiency in Figma/FigJam or tools like Visio, Lucid, or draw.io.
- Strong foundation in information design—layout, hierarchy, typography, color, and iconography.
- Comfortable working with technical concepts such as data pipelines, APIs, environments, and CI/CD workflows.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Illustrator, Photoshop, or motion tools like After Effects.
- Familiarity with Mermaid diagrams, Power BI visual theming, or advanced visual storytelling techniques.
